Responsibilities: • Perform quality handyman repairs including carpentry, drywall repair, painting, tile work, basic plumbing, and electrical tasks. • Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues promptly and professionally. • Maintain a clean-cut appearance, presentable vehicle, and organized tools. • Identify additional repair opportunities and exceed customer expectations.
Qualifications: • 2+ years of handyman experience (Preferred). • Knowledgeable and experienced in multiple trades. • Ability to pass a felony background check and drug screen. • Own some tools and willing to build tool inventory. • Strong work ethic and professional demeanor. • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to exceed customer expectations. • Strong problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication skills. • Punctual.
