Position Overview

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential repairs, maintenance, and renovations. This role requires versatility and the ability to handle a variety of tasks, including carpentry, drywall, painting, plumbing, electrical repairs, and general home improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform residential maintenance, repairs, and small renovations.
• Handle a variety of tasks including carpentry, drywall, painting, minor plumbing, and electrical work.
• Conduct property inspections and report repair needs.
• Work on REO, investor, and insurance restoration projects.
• Ensure quality workmanship and adherence to project timelines.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
• Communicate effectively with project managers and homeowners.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a handyman or in a related construction trade.
• Strong knowledge of residential repair and maintenance.
• Ability to work independently and troubleshoot issues.
• Experience with REO, investor, and insurance work is a plus.
• Basic tools and reliable transportation required.
• Valid driver's license.
