We're looking for someone who will go above and beyond exceeding our customers' expectations, over the phone, through email and messaging, in a personable and creative style. As a customer care specialist, you will have the ability to act as a liaison for the customer. You'll connect with new parents, learn about their babies, and provide them will detailed advice on improving their baby's sleep. Your work can directly improve people's lives by helping parents raise healthy and happy children.

What You'll Do As Our Customer Care Specialist
Communicate directly with customers via phone and Support Ticketing System.
Work with new parents to improve their baby's sleep
Diagnose and assist customers with tech troubleshooting steps
Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
