Marketing and Social Media Manager

We are seeking to hire a Marketing Manager who has experience growing a brand and revenues online. This person should be adept in managing and growing social platforms like Instagram and Tik Tok. With strong experience with online advertising If you are a team player who displays a positive, professional attitude at all times who knows the influencer world, then you are the person we are looking for. Interest and passion for social media is a must!

INFLUENCER MARKETING MANAGER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

·         Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns that directly impact customer loyalty and brand awareness.

·         Identify and build relationships with prominent influencers and thought leaders

·         Develop content ideas and write and curate content

·         Research relevant industry experts, competitors, target audience and users

·         Brainstorm new, creative approaches to influencer campaigns

·         Keep abreast of emerging trends, technologies and influencers

·         Liaising with the marketing team to create and coordinate marketing strategies that work across different channels

·         Create and send contracts to influencers on behalf of clients

·         Manage and maintain contracts with influencers

·         Utilize database and organic search tools

·         Quality check videos for clients

INFLUENCER MARKETING MANAGER REQUIREMENTS:

·         Marketing and Sales background, knowledgeable in digital marketing and social media growth

·          Proven track record in outreach campaign strategies

·          Impeccable verbal and written communication skills

·          Outstanding project management skills

·         Graphic Design, Video and Photo Editing

·         TikTok and Instagram Content Creation, as well as brand growth and account management on both platforms

·         Great writing skills and the ability to craft a personable, onbrand, professional tone for all public facing communications

·         High level skill with social media channels as well as the ability to operate with limited supervision

·         Experience in the Adobe Creative Suite, Excel, Google Sheets preferred, but not required

·         Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills

·         Networking aptitude
