Role Description: Are you a skilled hardscape professional looking to advance your career? Kanazeh Lawn Service is seeking a Hardscape Foreman to lead and manage our team in delivering high-quality outdoor projects. This role involves overseeing hardscape installations from start to finish, ensuring efficiency, precision, and top-tier craftsmanship in patios, retaining walls, grading, and machine operation. Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a hardscape crew, ensuring projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.
Execute hardscape installations, including patios, retaining walls, and grading.
Operate machinery, such as skid steers, safely and efficiently.
Read and interpret project plans to ensure accurate implementation.
Maintain a safe and organized work environment by enforcing company safety protocols.
Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure project expectations are met.
Assist with seasonal services, including spring and fall cleanups and snow removal, as needed.
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience leading hardscaping projects.
Expertise in operating heavy equipment, particularly skid steers.
Strong knowledge of hardscape installation techniques and materials.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Hours & Additional Information:
Work hours vary by season, generally starting between 7:30 AM and 8:00 AM and ending around 5:00 PM to 5:30 PM.
This position is offered as a 1099 contract role, with the potential to transition to W2 employment in the future.
Annual bonuses and paid time off available based on tenure.
We also provide spring and fall cleanups, as well as snow removal services in the winter.
