About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and innovative Hardware Engineer to join our team in Sunnyvale, CA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, development, testing, and implementation of hardware components and systems, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive product innovation and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop hardware components, including circuit boards, processors, and embedded systems.
• Create detailed technical specifications and design documentation.
• Collaborate with software and mechanical engineering teams to ensure hardware and software integration.
• Perform testing, debugging, and validation of hardware prototypes and final products.
• Optimize hardware designs for performance, cost, and reliability.
• Support the manufacturing and production processes, providing technical guidance as needed.
• Stay updated with the latest hardware technologies and industry trends.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in hardware design and development.
• Proficiency with hardware design tools such as Altium, Cadence, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of embedded systems, microcontrollers, and digital/analog circuit design.
• Experience with PCB design, layout, and testing.
• Familiarity with hardware debugging tools and methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with FPGA, VHDL, or Verilog.
• Knowledge of high-speed digital design and signal integrity analysis.
• Experience with product certification processes and compliance standards.
