Harper Construction is seeking an Assistant Project Coordinator for a project at Tinker Air Force Base located near Oklahoma City, OK.

Responsibilities

• Assist with creating and processing purchase orders and purchase agreements for vendors.
• Provide other administrative duties as necessary including meeting minutes, handling of mail, office supplies, typing documents, filing, etc.
• Support the site team in daily communications and record keeping.
• Interact with subcontractors and vendors via phone and email.

Required Qualifications

• Clerical, administrative, and basic accounting experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the construction field.
• Experience interacting with subcontractors.
• Interest in learning certified payroll.

Compensation and Benefits

• $17.00 to $20.00 hourly pay range
  • The offered rate will be based on the candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience.
• This position is eligible for our benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, and supplemental insurance. We also offer a 401(k) plan with company match, company paid holidays and vacation.
