Job Description

Seeking to employ a motivated Account Representative to provide quality customer service and drive company sales by building and maintaining relationships with new and existing customer accounts. This Account Representative will report directly to our Director of Sales and Marketing on the status of new and existing account relationships. They will also work together with our Marketing and Sales departments to develop new strategic initiatives to drive sales growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work within company CRM program to maintain and organize existing accounts or create new accounts when needed.
• Report directly to Director of Sales and Marketing to ensure monthly and quarterly sales targets are being met.
• Onboard new accounts to help them understand our full suite of products and assist in processing new accounts when needed.
• Serve as a main point of contact for customer accounts and maintain communication channels via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
• Increase lifetime value of accounts by assisting in any issues and helping clients work through problems.
• Analyze existing sales data within company CRM channels and interpret industry trends to identify new areas of opportunity.
  • Financial incentives available for larger new accounts secured.
• Up to 12 weeks travel per year for attending tradeshows and meeting with new or existing accounts.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelors’ Degree (Preferably in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field)
• Microsoft Dynamics CRM experience a plus, but not required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
• Experience writing and delivering communications to other departments
• Ability to build and maintain meaningful relationships with clients
• Analytical skills and ability to identify new areas of opportunity
