Job Description

Harrell & Harrell is growing and has an open position in our pre-suit/prelitigation department. The position will work directly with an attorney and staff on primarily automobile accident and premises liability cases. The position will afford a chance to learn all aspects of handling a personal injury case and the opportunity for growth in the firm. We offer a strong compensation package with excellent benefits.

The ideal candidate would have some experience in the legal field, ideally in personal injury.

• Processing new clients/matters.
• Performing client contact.
• Answering phone calls from clients etc.
• Obtaining and organizing clients’ medical records and medical bills.
• Mailing, scanning, faxing and arranging for delivery of legal documents and correspondence
• Ideal candidates would have strong Microsoft Office & Client Profiles skills.
