Job Description

• Fruit receival and processing
• Fermentation management including Brix and temp, pumpovers, inoculations and additions, and pressing
• Cellar operations including barrel filling, racking, topping, and other wine movements
• Grape sampling and maturity analysis
• Lab analysis of musts, juices, and wines
• Plenty of cleaning and sanitation

Qualifications

• Previous harvest experience is a plus
• Solid communication skills and attention to detail
• Strong work ethic, critical thinking skills, and a positive team-building attitude
• Ability to work entire harvest period from late August through November 2025
• Ability to perform physical labor for extended hours, 6 days per week during peak harvest
• Ability to lift 50 lbs., climb ladders and stairs, perform repetitive motions, and work in variable temperatures and weather conditions
• Must be 21 years of age or older

Pay Range: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour (plus potential overtime). Final compensation will be dependent upon skills and experience.
