Harvest Right is looking for a few lucky individuals to add to our technical support team. This job provides a great work/life balance- the job is Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm, no night shifts, no weekends, and no holidays. In fact, holidays are paid days off. Our tech support reps undergo a comprehensive 2-3 week paid training program in order to learn everything there is to know about freeze drying, and how the Harvest Right Freeze Dryer works. Technical support reps are then assigned to work with customers from all over the world and make outbound phone calls to these customers who have requested assistance with their home freeze dryer appliance or submitted helpdesk tickets online. We are confident that anyone can make a great tech, but our best technicians tend to have the skills below.

The tech support reps must have great communication skills, excellent follow up skills, great attendance at work, and good organization and time management skills. They will work with customers and ask questions to diagnose any problem the freeze dryer is having and instruct the customer on the steps necessary to get the machine running flawlessly again. It is a very rewarding job that brings a lot of satisfaction to both you and the customer.
