About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and creative individual to join our team at McKinney Hat in Dallas, TX. As a Hat Sales and Design / Shaping specialist, you will play a key role in helping our customers find the perfect hat and shaping it to their unique style.

Responsibilities:

Assist customers in finding the perfect hat for their style and needs

Provide expert advice on hat shaping and customization

Conduct sales transactions and maintain a clean and organized sales floor

Stay up-to-date on latest hat trends and styles

Collaborate with the design team to create custom hat designs

Requirements:

Knowledge of hat shaping techniques and materials is a plus, but we can teach you!

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
