What You'll Do * Partner with the CFO to drive and support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting and actual vs. budget variance processes * Manage the accumulation and consolidation of all financial data necessary for ad-hoc analyses and financial reporting * Provide accurate and timely reporting to enhance the quality of business decision making * Create financial dashboards to assist in automation and improvement of processes * Establish financial benchmarks for company performance and target goals * Work cross-functionally to assist with ad hoc and ROI analysis * Analyze costs and opportunities for financial savings * Special projects as needed What We Are Looking For * Bachelor's degree required * 4-6 years of relevant FP&A experience in consumer products * Process driven and detail oriented with advanced proficiency in financial modeling and scenario analyses * Solid understanding of corporate financial planning & accounting functions * Ability to identify trends in data, draw conclusions, and make thoughtful recommendations * Ability to solve problems at both a macro and micro perspective * Superior analytical and communication skills * Ability to maintain a high attention to detail, communicate work product effectively and be collaborative with cross-functional teams * Strong work ethic, steadfast adherence to deadlines, ability to work extended hours during critical periods * Background in investment banking or management consulting preferred. * NetSuite, SQL, BI experience is a plus What We Expect * At HAUS, how you communicate is as important as what you communicate.
