Hattiesburg, MS based, family owned Pest Control Company seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team!

Must be professional, reliable, and able to multi-task. Preferred candidates will be energetic with a positive attitude and possess a willingness to learn and grow with the company, able to work in a fast paced environment and proficient in Outlook, Excel and Word.

DUTIES: As a Customer Service Specialist, you will interact with our customers through multiple avenues, presenting a personal and professional level of service with every interaction. You will answer the phone while navigating computer programs, resolve customer concerns and schedule appointments, assist our field technicians in scheduling appointments.
