Creative Spirit US is a 501c nonprofit designed to ensure equal employment opportunities for neurodiverse talent, connecting them with fair-wage positions at forward-thinking companies. Since its founding in 2017, we've utilized our coaching, mentoring, training, and job placement services to resolve unemployment. Ensuring neurodiverse employment is even more important now, as 1 in 5 people are neurodivergent ( Neuroverse: Powered by Havas, 2025 ). __ __

Thus far, we've had an almost 100% retention rate for all the candidates we've placed. But we're more than just a job placement service. We collaborate personally with a wide range of companies and business leaders to help them reevaluate their hiring practices. Our goal is to change the status quo for job seekers who are neurodivergent, placing at least 1 million candidates in fair-wage jobs by 2030 as part of our #HireDifferent agenda. ****Our 10-week Summer Internship runs June 2 - August 8 and offers students the opportunity to work with some of the most innovative thinkers throughout Havas. Our interns gain industry experience while working in a collaborative hybrid work environment.

Who can participate in a summer internship?

Our Summer Internship is open to rising juniors, seniors and recent grads. Please refer to the job description of each specific role for more details.

What makes a successful candidate for summer internship?

Though previous internship experience is great – what we're really looking for is someone who's excited to dive in, learn the ropes, and kickstart their career in advertising!

When is the summer internship held?

The Havas Summer Internship is a 10-week program. Dates for our 2025 program are June 2 - August 8.

Where is the Summer Internship based? Is there an option for remote work?

We hold our Summer Internship in our New York, Chicago, and Boston offices. Interns will follow their direct team's hybrid schedule and must be at their respective offices for specific training sessions. There is no option for remote work as this is in an in-person program.

About Havas Summer Internship - Project Management

Project Managers are better defined as problem solvers who know what to expect, what to do next, and where they need to be at all times. They play a lead role for both internal teams and clients by ensuring deliverables reach the client on time and within budget. Project Managers within Havas Health Network are often detail-oriented self-starters who can manage multiple projects at a given time with little oversight.
