Responsibilities: • Manage controllable department expenses such as food, supplies, uniforms, equipment, and collaborate with vendors to achieve the highest quality products at the most reasonable price • Combine diverse ingredients in a unique way to create new and distinctive menu items and specials • Establish a collaborative environment for kitchen workers by educating recruits and hiring personnel that fit the corporate culture • Coordinate all kitchen food preparation, including processes, portioning, garnishing, and ensure that all meals and dishes are presented elegantly • Make decisions for daily culinary operations, including exceeding guest expectations and increasing revenue and profit Qualifications: • Understanding and compliance with kitchen sanitation, safety and equipment usage, and food storage • Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills with guests and coworkers • This role requires 7-8 years of culinary experience • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent GED certification • Strong leadership skills with experience leading, motivating, and developing a team Compensation: $1,250 weekly
