Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and passionate Chef who values longevity and growth. Key Responsibilities:
Menu Creation: Develop innovative, seasonal menus that showcase the best of local ingredients for breakfast, brunch, lunch, and dinner.
Market Offerings: Create and market your own dishes for our grab-and-go and market sections, giving you the chance to showcase your talent.
Team Leadership: Lead and inspire the kitchen team, fostering a collaborative, high-standards-driven culture.
Quality Control: Ensure every dish meets the highest standards of taste, presentation, and consistency.
Vendor Relations: Cultivate relationships with local farmers and suppliers to source top-quality ingredients.
Collaboration: Work closely with our front-of-house team to deliver an exceptional guest experience from start to finish.
Operational Oversight: Manage kitchen operations, including inventory control, food costs, and compliance with health and safety standards.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Chef or Sous Chef with a strong history of longevity in previous positions.
Passion for farm-to-table, seasonal, and locally sourced cuisine.
Creativity and attention to detail in menu development and presentation.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to foster a collaborative team environment.
Excellent organizational skills and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced setting.
A culinary degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
