    Lead Flexologist

StretchLab is seeking an experienced health/fitness professional with leadership aspirations to lead our team of stretching therapists, or Flexologists™. This is an amazing opportunity to propel your fitness career in a new modality that is taking the fitness industry by storm.

Your goal is to be the “right hand” person to your GM. Your GM retains general operational oversight of the studio. Below are the key areas that you need to influence and execute in your role. You will receive training and guidance into these sections.

    · New Flexologist Onboarding: Ensuring every member has a quality experience on the bench with every Flexologist. This process starts right when a new team member is hired. Every Flexologist needs adequate training and attention before attending their FTP workshop. Post-FTP it is imperative good habits are reinforced and bad ones are addressed and corrected. This time period encompasses the first 90 days of employment, this is a key time period in the employee's development.

    · Studio Experience Quality Control and Operations: Our prospects and members deserve a high quality experience every time they visit the studio. Understanding what that experience should look like is imperative. From there, being a resource to your team member's to guide them to executing this experience is a key function to a StretchLab studio.

    · Monthly Meeting Rhythms: Our prospects and members deserve a high quality experience every time they visit the studio. Meeting rhythms with your leadership team (Franchise Owner/GM) will be imperative to running the studio. GMs and Lead Flexologists of studios meet on a weekly basis to discuss outstanding business.
