HEAD COACH - Middle School Boys Volleyball

Lititz Christian School is a small, private, K-12 Christian school located in Lititz, PA. LC is designed to build in each student a fully integrated, personal faith in Jesus Christ as well as an awareness of the gifts and talents that God has created in them to develop and use for His glory. What we hold to be most important at Lititz Christian is the spiritual and character development of the students in our care.

Lititz Christian School is seeking to hire a Middle School Boys Volleyball Head Coach for the Spring of 2025. A brief summary of job responsibilities and candidate qualifications is listed below. A more detailed job description will be available during the interview process.

Responsibilities

Organize and administer the Middle School Boys Volleyball program in concert with the Athletic Director

Teach and develop sound volleyball fundamentals and team concepts into the members of the program.

Successfully use volleyball as a platform for training young men to be committed followers of Jesus Christ.

Work within the rules and regulations of Lititz Christian School, the PIAA and the CCAC conference.

Qualifications

Qualified applicants should exhibit a commitment to Christian education and high student achievement.

The ideal candidate will have previous playing and/or coaching experience at the club level, Middle School level, or higher levels.

Applicants must possess a personal and growing relationship with Jesus Christ.
