Head Fitness Coach – Orangetheory Fitness Kapolei

Orangetheory Kapolei is looking for a dynamic, experienced Head Fitness Coach to lead our team and elevate our studio to new heights. Located on Oahu’s west side, our studio is home to a passionate fitness community, and we need a leader who can drive performance, culture, and results—without needing constant direction.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and motivate members through science-backed, heart-rate-based interval training

• Ensure flawless coaching execution, keeping members engaged and accountable

• Proactively correct form and technique to maximize results and prevent injury

• Stay ahead of the game – understand the science behind our workouts and keep up with fitness industry trends

• Set the tone for excellence in the studio—leading by example and holding high standards

• Be a team builder—coach, mentor, and inspire fellow trainers to perform at their best

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven leadership experience in a high-volume group fitness setting

• A nationally recognized fitness certification (ACE, NASM, NSCA, ACSM, etc.)

• CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain)

• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment

• A coach who’s not just a trainer, but a leader who drives results
