Head Coach Role Objectives:
Continually assess and improve the quality of coaching
Foster and sustain a high rate of member utilization (workouts/week)
Encourage active member involvement in both internal and external events
Maintain a high level of in studio engagement
Responsibilities: (averages 30 hours/week)
Coach a minimum of 15 classes per week
Coach Development through taking class of home studio coaches once per week
Average should be 3 classes per week studios may have more coaches more coaches and will see every coach bi-weekly
Clock in hours: 8-10 hours per week of admin

Monthly Tasks:
Continually assess and improve the quality of coaching (24 hours per month):
Coach Development and ongoing Learning/Training:
Take class once per week of home studio coaches (average 3 classes per week) complete after class survey and/or comment section and give feedback to coach after class (must be completed 1 hour or less after class end time)
New Coach Training and Shadow Process (as applicable)
Oversee coach intro process to ensure and uphold a minimum of 50% closing as a coaching team
Ensure coaches watch monthly Corporate Template Webinar
Foster and sustain a high rate of member utilization (21 hours):
Class Prep and soft cleaning (6 hours)
Clocking in 30 minutes before class (in studio only) block change and/or 30 minutes after end of day cleaning/ midday cleaning
Member outreach/ Portal Calls (5 hours):
As assigned by current studio or overall needs
Cross Regional Emails (as applicable)
Responsible to the following KPIs (3 hours):
Workout/member/week
HRM usage
120 Retention
Attrition
Closing %
Scheduling Efficiency (4 hours):
Completed in MBO and scheduler (quarterly) with monthly change approvals
Ensure coaches are in blocks to drive utilization
In Studio (3 hours):
Monthly Deep Cleans
Preventative Maintenance and repairs as needed
Encourage active member involvement in both internal and external events (5 hours):
Meet and/or exceed the goal of internal and external events such as transformation challenge, Dri tri, hell week, mayhem etc.
Participate in and oversee coaches in member driven social post such as benchmarks, coach tips
Maintain a high level of in Studio Engagement (12 Hours):
Weekly/Monthly Meetings
Weekly Head Coach Calls
Weekly 1:1 with Studio Manager
Monthly Orange Nation, workshops and Template Webinar
Monthly All staff and Leadership Meetings
