Job Summary

We are seeking a Certified Personal Trainer to join our team. As an F45 Coach, you will lead classes, demonstrate exercise stations and provide direction on how to use fitness equipment safely. Your primary goal is to help members reach their fitness objectives, and use proper form during exercises. The ideal candidate is a great leader with a passion for fitness. This role can develop into a Head Coach position that will take on responsibilities of managing the team of coaches and take lead of the studio's daily activities and create a dynamic environment for the membership. We have openings in morning, evenings and weekend classes.

Responsibilities

Demonstrate proper techniques using equipment

Ensure that all studio safety standards and procedures are followed

equipment is set up for day's workout, will break down and set up for next day's class.

Qualifications

Current CPT personal trainer certification NASM, ISSA, AFAA, ACE, NCSF

CPR /AED current

Positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills
