Key Responsibilities
Greenhouse & Crop Management
- Oversee daily greenhouse operations, including planting, irrigation, fertilization, and pest management.
- Manage advanced climate control systems, including heating, cooling, dehumidification, and humidification technologies to ensure optimal growing conditions and production.
- Establish and refine crop production schedules to meet demand efficiently.
