This is more of a sales role and requires experience in outbound calling and creating appointments and building relationships. Responsibilities: • High Volume Outbound Calling • Utilize various sourcing strategies, including but not limited to, job boards, social media, networking, and industry events, to identify and attract top talent. • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
