St. Stephen's Episcopal School, a day and boarding school of 710 students (grades 6-12), is seeking a full-time Head Librarian beginning August 1, 2025.
We are seeking a colleague who thrives in a collaborative environment. The ideal candidate is eager to work closely with 6th through 12th grade day and boarding students and can demonstrate the ability to lead and work as part of a cohesive team.
Duties include:
Qualified candidates should have a Master of Library Science degree, a minimum of 5 years of experience, expertise with Library Management System software, familiarity with Follett Destiny is a plus, and advanced knowledge and proficiency in the principles and techniques of librarianship.
