    Location: Multiple locations in Brazos Valley, Texas (Bryan, Neal, Navasota, Hearne, Brenham, Madisonville)

Join our dedicated team of educators as a Head Start Teacher Assistant in the beautiful Brazos Valley, Texas communities.     Position Overview: As a Head Start Teacher Floater, you will play a vital role in supporting the growth and development of children in our care. Your responsibilities will include:

    Collaborating closely with the lead teacher to implement developmentally appropriate curriculum and activities.

    Assisting in the creation of a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.

    Providing individualized support and attention to children with diverse needs and abilities.

    Encouraging positive interactions and social development among children.

    Supporting daily classroom routines, including meals, naptime, and transitions.

    Engaging with families and staff to ensure each child's holistic development.

    Promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

    Minimum Requirements:

    High School Diploma

    Willingness to obtain a CDA and or Infant Child Credential through our internal professional development programs.

    A strong passion for early childhood education and a genuine desire to make a positive impact.

    Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.

    Dedication to following the lead teacher's guidance and implementing best practices.

    A commitment to ongoing professional development to enhance your skills.

    Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse and inclusive environment

    Ability to pass required backgrounds and health survey.
