A Day in the Life of a D1 Head Coach:

Morning Kickoff You start your day ready to help athletes reach their goals. You arrive at a state-of-the-art facility equipped with top-tier equipment, including an indoor turf field. This is a facility that has helped produce NFL draft picks, earned college scholarships for athletes, and supported countless members in achieving their fitness milestones—because of coaches like you.

Team Check-In You’re surrounded by a team of A-players—fun, friendly, and performance-driven. You check the day's schedule, set a goal to hit the top of the coaching leaderboard, and get ready for a successful day.

Coaching Adult Classes You lead a class of 10-24 adults (ages 18-60), preparing the space and equipment, organizing the workout, and keeping the energy high with music and encouragement. You lead warm-ups, manage transitions between the turf and weight room, demonstrate movements, and ensure that every participant leaves feeling accomplished.

1-on-1 Sessions From working with an 8-year-old soccer beginner to a 17-year-old football player preparing for college, you provide custom programming, schedule clients, and deliver a world-class training experience.

Youth Classes You end the day leading a scholastic class for ages 7-18, just as you did with the adults, providing an exceptional experience for every participant.

End-of-Day Success You wrap up your day with a message from a 1-on-1 client who’s reached a major goal after months of dedicated training with you—another testament to the world-class coaching experience you provide.
