Our client, a Leading manufacturer of industrial machinery and robotics is searching for an experienced Head of Accounting to join their team in Northridge.

Position Overview:

Observe and oversee financial operations, mentor and lead accounting team, and assist in strategic decision making within the company.

Key Duties:

Execute end-of-month financial procedures and generate reports
Guide and optimize accounting team operations
Supervise cash inflows and outflows
Maintain tax adherence and coordinate yearly financial reviews
Conduct fiscal assessments for manufacturing and innovation initiatives

Qualifications:

4-8 years in finance, ideally within industrial settings
Undergraduate qualification in Finance or Accounting
Skilled in enterprise resource planning software and Excel
Track record in team leadership
Proficient in production cost analysis and stock valuation methods
Capable of evaluating financial aspects of robotics and automation upgrades

Salary:

Up to 130K with Full Benefits
