  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    The Head of Benefits for Continental Automotive, US will be responsible for the design and development of competitive health and welfare programs, defined contribution and defined benefits programs and strategies including implementation of plan changes, amendments and annual activities (i.e. Annual Enrollment).

    Specific responsibilities would include:

    • Manage vendor partner relationships and work closely with consulting partner regarding renewals, RFP’s, strategy, and regulatory changes.
    • Work with auditors, actuaries, and advisers with reoccurring reporting requirements, audits and annual filings.
    • Counsels business leaders, managers and employees regarding health and welfare programs, defined contribution and defined benefit programs.
    • Work in collaboration with HR Operations, Payroll and HR IT in regards to the setup and sharing of data for Benefit Platforms and management of employee benefit deductions.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree
    • At least 7 years of experience in managing US Benefits or outsourcing/consulting experience to include direct Benefits experience.
    • Strong communication and presentations skills- ability to develop materials and present ideas/recommendations at all levels within the organization to gain approval of programs/process changes.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, and Excel
    • Project management experience
    • Strong analytical skills to include spreadsheet development and basic financial modeling.
    • SAP experience preferred
