Qualifications
- Previous experience working for a healthcare software company, specifically EHR and PM.
- Proven business operations experience managing areas such as client relations, customer service, training/implementation, external partners/vendors, compliance, practice relations, marketing and accounting.
- Prior experience building, managing and developing various teams.
- Exceptional organization and communication skills.
- Technology savvy – Advanced Microsoft Office skills and knowledge of project management tools (Jira, MS Project, etc.), and able to identify new technology to support operations.
- Previous project management experience surrounding go-lives
- Previous experience working with accounting managing the budget.
