    Head of Growth - Boon.ai (formerly Aptivio), a product-led growth (PLG) AI startup based in New York City, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Growth to drive our expansion strategy and scale our operations. This role will be crucial in leading our hybrid go-to-market approach, combining PLG tactics with strategic sales efforts. Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy leveraging PLG principles and AI-driven insights
    • Lead cross-functional teams to optimize the entire customer journey, from acquisition to retention and expansion
    • Drive user acquisition, activation, and engagement through data-driven experimentation and optimization
    • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to enhance product features that fuel growth
    • Oversee the development and implementation of self-serve and assisted sales motions
    • Establish and monitor key growth metrics, using analytics to inform strategic decisions
    • Build and mentor a high-performing growth team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning
    • Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer success to ensure alignment on growth initiatives
    • Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies in the AI and PLG space

    Requirements:

    • 8+ years of experience in growth or marketing roles, with a proven track record in PLG environments
    • Strong understanding of AI technologies and their applications in growth strategies
    • Experience in building and scaling growth teams in fast-paced startup environments
    • Data-driven mindset with expertise in analytics, A/B testing, and experimentation
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
    • Proven success in driving user acquisition, activation, and revenue growth in B2B SaaS companies
    • Familiarity with AI-powered tools and platforms for growth optimization
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
