    Job Summary

    We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to join our team! As the Head of Maintenance, you will be responsible for the upkeep of our six facilities. The responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    Responsibilities

    Conducting routine inspections of premises and equipment

    Performing preventative maintenance

    Handling basic repairs and maintenance

    Overseeing contractors when professional repairs are necessary

    Diagnosing mechanical issues and correcting them

    Repairing machines, equipment, or structures as necessary

    Inspecting buildings, maintaining inventory, and scheduling repairs

    Performing general maintenance of the facilities and grounds

    Performing periodic quality checks on all equipment and systems to ensure they are up to standards

    Performing cleaning activities such as dusting, mopping etc.

    Performing minor fixes such as repairing broken locks, doors, etc.

    Checking control panels and electrical wiring to identify issues

    Landscaping

    Snow Removal

    Qualifications

    Previous experience in a maintenance role, ideally in a non-profit environment, desired

    Strong communication skills

    Excellent attention to detail

    The ability to perform maintenance operations

    Familiarity with computer programs, such as the Microsoft Office suite

    Ability to operate landscaping equipment to include lawn mowers, leaf blowers, weed whackers, plows, snow blowers, etc.
