Head of Operations - Boon.ai (formerly Aptivio), an innovative AI-powered startup based in New York City, is seeking a dynamic Head of Operations to oversee our finance and operational functions. This hybrid role will be crucial in maintaining and optimizing our business operations as we scale. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with Boon's growth objectives
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and reporting processes
• Create and deliver comprehensive management reports for all stakeholders
• Manage day-to-day operations, including finance, HR
• Optimize processes and systems to enhance efficiency and scalability
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives
• Identify and mitigate operational risks to protect the company's assets

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in operations and finance leadership roles, preferably in tech startups
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proven track record of implementing process improvements and operational efficiencies
• Experience with data-driven decision making and performance metrics
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to various stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred
