We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Human Resources professional to serve as Head of People Engagement.

This leader will translate organizational goals into people and culture strategies focusing on creating and maintaining a positive workplace culture by managing employee engagement, talent development, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and overall employee experience aiming to align the workforce with the organization's values and mission; essentially prioritizing employee well-being and fostering a productive work environment. This is a remote opportunity.

Requirements:

\- Bachelor's Degree preferred

\- 3+ years minimum of Human Resources Generalist experience

\- Ability to travel 15-20%
