Job Description
The Corporate Private Dining Manager, based in New York City, will oversee and coordinate private dining teams across multiple restaurant locations in North America. The role focuses on enhancing sales, improving team productivity, and ensuring a seamless and memorable dining experience for both corporate and private clients. Additionally, the manager will be responsible for implementing and expanding the off-site banqueting business. The manager will collaborate with restaurant teams, corporate partners, and clients to execute high-quality events that meet brand standards and client expectations. This position reports directly to the VP of Hospitality.

This role requires working in a fast-paced environment and may involve long hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on event schedules.
Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
Standing and walking for extended periods of time during events.
Bending, stooping, and reaching to set up and break down event spaces.
Ability to navigate various event venues, including stairs and outdoor settings.
Manual dexterity to handle event setup tasks such as arranging tables, chairs, and decorations.
The annual compensation for this role is 100,000- 130,000
