    Job Description

    The Corporate Private Dining Manager, based in New York City, will oversee and coordinate private dining teams across multiple restaurant locations in North America. The role focuses on enhancing sales, improving team productivity, and ensuring a seamless and memorable dining experience for both corporate and private clients. Additionally, the manager will be responsible for implementing and expanding the off-site banqueting business. The manager will collaborate with restaurant teams, corporate partners, and clients to execute high-quality events that meet brand standards and client expectations. This position reports directly to the VP of Hospitality.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee private dining operations across multiple locations in North America.
    • Develop and implement standardized procedures and best practices.
    • Ensure consistency and excellence in service and guest experience.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external clients.
    • Plan, execute private dining events, including, but not limited to, menu planning, room setup, budget, timeline and staffing.
    • Coordinate logistics for off-site events, including, but not limited to, venue selection, transportation, and setup.
    • Develop and implement strategies to promote private dining and off-site banqueting services to both corporate and private clients.
    • Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth.
    • Monitor and manage the financial performance of private dining and off-site banqueting operations.
    • Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
    • Lead, train, and motivate private dining teams across various locations.
    • Utilize feedback from clients and teams to drive improvements.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in private dining, event management, and banqueting
    • Proven track record of managing multiple locations and large-scale events.
    • Experience with external banquet sales
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
    • Willingness to travel across North America.

    Other Requirements

    • This role requires working in a fast-paced environment and may involve long hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on event schedules.

    • Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.

    • Standing and walking for extended periods of time during events.

    • Bending, stooping, and reaching to set up and break down event spaces.

    • Ability to navigate various event venues, including stairs and outdoor settings.

    • Manual dexterity to handle event setup tasks such as arranging tables, chairs, and decorations.

    The annual compensation for this role is 100,000- 130,000
