    The Role

    Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Head of Supply Chain will lead and oversee the end-to-end Supply Chain at Solugen, including Planning, Procurement (Direct & Indirect) and Logistics. This role is critical in driving efficiency, reducing costs, and ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals. As both a strategic leader and tactical operator, the Head of Supply Chain will optimize processes to meet growth targets, manage supplier relationships, mitigate risks, and support scalability. This position requires close collaboration with internal teams, particularly Sales and Manufacturing, to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.

    Expectations

    - Lead, develop and implement Supply Chain strategies to support scalability and cost efficiency.

    - Lead and optimize Supply Planning and Inventory Management to align with Manufacturing growth targets.

    - Lead Sourcing and Procurement activities, ensuring supplier relationships are robust and cost-effective.

    - Lead should cost model development and deliver commodity level strategies.

    - Lead timely and efficient Logistics operations, with a focus on reducing lead times and costs.

    - Establish key performance metrics ensuring timely and accurate reporting.

    - Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Manufacturing and Sales to ensure Supply Chain aligns with overall business objectives.

    - Mitigate Supply Chain risks by developing contingency plans and proactively addressing potential bottlenecks.

    - Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the Value Chain to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.

    - All other duties necessary to execute a best-in-class Supply Chain.

    Necessary Skills

    - At least ten (10) years of experience in various Supply Chain roles, with at three least (3) of years experience sourcing Raw Materials.

    - Fast-paced hi-tech, consumer goods or similar industry experience.

    - Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.

    - Excellent analytical and judgment skills. Advanced excel skills a must have.

    - Master's degree or higher, supply chain or engineering preferred.

    - Demonstrated ability to identify business process issues and drive process improvement.

    - Open-minded self-starter with the ability to adapt, improvise and problem solve.

    - Ability to work independently on multiple tasks and projects with various stakeholders.

    - Organizational skills to manage and track transactional details.

    - Fluency in English.
