Hartwig Staffing is partnered with a company in Oklahoma City who is seeking to add an Head of Total Rewards Strategy to their team. This role is paying $150,000-190,000 DOE.
Skills you need / What you'll do:
- Manage multi-state payroll operations, including performance appraisals, garnishments, taxes, and other deductions, ensuring regulatory compliance and operational excellence.
- Oversee a comprehensive suite of compensation programs, including executive, broad-based, and incentive compensation, as well as job design, to ensure market-appropriate and regulatory-compliant packages.
- Ensure that compensation, benefits, payroll, and HR information systems align with organizational values, strategies, and performance goals.
- Oversee the design, cost-benefit analysis, and administration of benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive, user-friendly, and cost-effective.
- Lead the design, implementation, and governance of competitive, integrated total reward strategies that attract top talent, reward high performance, ensure fiscal responsibility, and support retention.
- Over 10 years of progressive experience in total rewards
- BA required; MBA or Master’s degree in Finance is preferred.
