    This is a remote position.

    TELEPHONE INTERVIEWERS NEEDED IN INDIANA

    On behalf of our client, Headway Workforce Solutions is currently seeking part-time Remote Telephone Interviewers to support a research study for the state of Indiana. This opportunity starts at $16 per hour, with paid training.

    AS A REMOTE TELEPHONE INTERVIEWER, YOU WILL

    • Call Indiana residents to recruit and conduct research telephone surveys, using a phone and internet connection from your home
    • Follow strict rules regarding interviewing protocols and participant confidentiality
    • Be monitored for interviewing performance and improvement
    • Work alongside with other research team members
    • Participate in regular meetings with supervisors by video conference, instant messaging, email, and phone
    • All other duties as assigned

    REMOTE TELEPHONE INTERVIEWER QUALIFICATIONS

    • Prior experience working with the public or interviewing preferred
    • Must be at least 18 years or older
    • Consent to a pre-employment background check
    • Responsible and accountable
    • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
    • Strong computer skills

    EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENTS

    • A computer with at least 4GB RAM – a reliable computer is essential to this job
    • Strong, reliable internet connection at a minimum of 1mbps
    • Quiet, private room or closed-door space in your home for a confidential environment

    HOURS & TRAINING:

    • Flexible schedule (afternoon evening, and weekend work shifts)
    • Minimum 20-25 hours per week; up to 40 hours per week if work available
    • Some evening (Eastern Time Zone) shifts preferred
    • Training and data collection will begin in late June or early July and last about 2 to 3 months
