Role Description

The specialist will be responsible for conducting data analysis, business analytics, and statistical analysis to support strategic benefit program objectives. The role could develop to also include client consulting. The role allows for flexibility with some remote work.

Qualifications

• Analytical Skills, Data Analytics, and Statistics proficiency
• Experience in Business Analytics and Analytics tools
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
• Knowledge of employee benefits and healthcare industry is a plus
