Responsibilities: Group Fitness InstructionLead dynamic, high-energy group classes designed to deliver results and keep participants motivated. Incorporate a variety of exercises and training techniques while prioritizing proper form and technique. Provide personalized modifications to ensure inclusivity for all fitness levels and individual needs.Private CoachingDeliver tailored one-on-one training sessions that align with each client’s unique goals, challenges, and focus areas. Leverage expertise in strength training, cardio, and functional movement to optimize client performance. Monitor progress, adjust plans as necessary, and celebrate milestones to sustain motivation and drive.Nutrition GuidanceProvide actionable nutrition advice to complement clients’ fitness goals and enhance overall health. Develop meal strategies and share practical tips, emphasizing the critical role of nutrition in performance, recovery, and long-term wellness. Foster sustainable, healthy eating habits to support clients' success.Continuous Professional DevelopmentStay current with advancements in fitness, wellness, and industry best practices. Pursue ongoing education through certifications, workshops, and research to sharpen your skills. Collaborate with fellow trainers to exchange ideas and refine methods, ensuring optimal client results. Qualifications: • Proven expertise in strength-based training, functional movement, and delivering dynamic group fitness classes. • Outstanding interpersonal skills with a talent for inspiring, motivating, and building strong connections with clients of all ages and fitness levels. • Skilled in developing personalized training programs and modifying exercises to suit a wide range of goals, abilities, and physical limitations. • In-depth understanding of nutrition principles, enabling the delivery of basic guidance that supports clients’ fitness and wellness goals. • Prior experience working in a fitness studio, gym, or similar setting is highly preferred. • A bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field is a significant asset. Compensation: $40,000 - $75,000 per year DOE + signing bonus
