Our ideal candidate brings at least a year of sales experience along with a good understanding of how to prospect leads through telemarketing, cold calling, walk-ins, and member referrals. Responsibilities: • Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals • Conduct prospecting efforts , including cold calls, walk-ins, member referrals, and social media outreach • Engage with potential members to provide tours and detailed explanations of our offerings • Drive membership sales and promote additional revenue streams such as personal training, fitness add-ons, and supplements • Focus heavily on promoting and selling personal training packages to both new and existing members • Maintain accurate data tracking and reporting for sales performance and business outlook • Provide exceptional customer service to both new and existing members • Follow up on leads and assist in member retention • Participate in weekly sales meetings and training sessions • Contribute to promotional campaigns and community outreach initiatives • Work collaboratively with all departments to ensure a seamless member experience **** Qualifications: • 1 year of sales experience preferred (fitness or health club experience is a plus) • Strong communication and customer service skills • Passionate about health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and energetic • Ability to connect with potential members on a personal level • Strong time management and prioritization skills • Comfortable with technology and data tracking for reporting purposes • Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed Compensation: $15 - $21 hourly
