    Position: Health Coach (HC)

    Location: Serotonin Anti-Aging Centers

Our mission is to provide optimal health coaching for weight loss/gain, exercise, and nutrition services. We believe in empowering our clients with the knowledge and tools they need to make informed decisions about their health and wellness.

    Responsibilities:

    Conduct consultations and create personalized health care plans.

    Manage clients' weight loss journeys and provide bi-weekly InBody scans.

    Recommend and manage Nutraceutical supplements.

    Communicate with clients between appointments and document their journeys.

    Convert guests to membership and create exercise and nutrition programs.

    Design and manage SEROTONIN Anti-Aging Centers Nutraceutical supplement protocols.

    Follow-up with new clients requesting more information about HC related inquiries.

    Qualifications:

    Passion for helping others improve their health and wellness.

    Strong communication and organizational skills.

    Proficiency in business software platforms (Zenoti).

    Great verbal and written communication skills.

    Desire to motivate and encourage others.

    Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance.

    Willingness to learn and sell all SEROTONIN Anti-Aging Centers services, packages, memberships, and products.

    Health Coach (HC)

    Overview: The Health Coach provides optimal health coaching for clients, focusing on weight loss/gain, exercise, and nutrition services.

    Expectations for All Team Members at Serotonin Centers

    1. Professionalism and Knowledge

    Huddles and Meetings: Ensure that daily huddles are happening and all appointments are reviewed. Keep the tracker up to date and the whiteboard posted with MTD Goal and MTD Actual for the current date/day.

    Product and Service Knowledge: Be knowledgeable about all products and services offered, including SkinMedica, Nutraceuticals, Hormone Optimization, Medical Weight Loss, Optimized Health, Health Coach services, InBody Scan, Serotonin Coach, Botox/Fillers, HydraFacial, Microneedling, Peels, PRP, CoolSculpting, CoolTone, EMSculpt NEO, IV Therapy, HBOT, and RedLight Therapy[1].

    Sales Skills: Focus on asking more questions than talking to understand client needs better. Know how to close a sale effectively using our proven system to help the most guests become their most vibrant self.

    1. Client Empowerment and Engagement

    Client Interaction: Treat every client with respect and empathy. Listen actively to their concerns and provide personalized consultations and transparent communication.

    Client Education: Empower clients by providing them with knowledge and tools to make informed decisions about their health and wellness. This is done through questions and NOT a data download. No one cares how much you know until they know how much you care.

    HIPAA and Biohazard Standards: Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and biohazard standards to maintain a safe and secure environment for clients and staff.

    Uncompromising Safety: Follow rigorous protocols to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for clients.

    Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members, including marketing, IT, and customer service departments, to achieve common goals.

    Friendly and Welcoming: Be friendly, welcoming, and accommodating to all clients. Make them feel comfortable and valued from the moment they walk in.

    Attention to Detail: Pay attention to detail in all interactions and services provided. Ensure that clients feel heard and understood.

    Personalized Care: Provide personalized care tailored to each client's specific needs and goals.

    1. Continuous Improvement and Accountability

    Knowledge Checks: Regularly participate in knowledge checks to ensure that all team members are up to date with the latest information and best practices.

    Feedback and Improvement: Actively seek and incorporate feedback from clients to continuously improve services and client satisfaction.

    1. Marketing and Community Engagement

    InCenter Marketing: Follow the InCenter marketing plan and participate in local marketing activities, inlcuding Open Houses.

    Community Involvement: Engage with the local community through area marketing grassroots actions and other community outreach activities
