    Job Description

    We are seeking a passionate, experienced Holistic Health Coach to join our elite wellness team. This individual will work closely with our management team and spa practitioners to support members in achieving their health goals through personalized nutrition and lifestyle interventions, behavior change coaching, and ongoing wellness planning. You’ll serve as both a motivator and a guide, helping our members sustain the lifestyle changes that optimize long-term health and vitality.

    • Provide one-on-one coaching to support lifestyle changes in areas such as nutrition, movement, sleep, stress resilience, detoxification, and more.
    • Serve as an accountability partner, helping members and guests set realistic goals and track progress.
    • Facilitate wellness workshops, events, and educational sessions for members and guests.
    • Maintain thorough and confidential client records using The Retreat's preferred platform or process.
    • Stay current on nutritional science and integrative wellness practices.
    • Contribute to a supportive, upscale atmosphere that reflects our spa’s brand values of excellence, empathy, and elegance.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Certification from a recognized health coaching program (e.g. IIN) or a similar program.
    • Strong knowledge of the most up-to-date nutrition science and integrative health (functional medicine principles a plus).
    • At least 2 years of experience in health coaching, ideally in a clinical or wellness spa setting.
    • Exceptional interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence.
    • Professional, polished presentation and communication style.
    • Experience working with high-end or concierge clientele preferred.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
