Position Summary: Oversee health, safety, workers' compensation, security, and environmental initiatives at our facilities. Responsibilities include employee training, operational safety, compliance, incident management, and environmental programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage programs ensuring health, safety, and environmental compliance.
- Lead safety committees, major incident investigations, and corrective action planning.
- Administer workers' compensation, industrial hygiene, and hazard communication programs.
- Conduct audits, analyze data, and implement safety improvements.
- Provide training and oversee new hire safety orientations.
- Stay current with OSHA and other regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in safety or related field, with 5+ years of experience.
- Proven management experience in safety and environmental compliance.
- Knowledge of OSHA standards and manufacturing safety requirements.
- Strong organizational, communication, and technical skills.
