HEALTH AND WELLNESS COORDINATOR IN WEST POINT

NorthStar Services in West Point is looking for a creative, team-oriented, self-motivated individual to fill a full-time position for Health and Wellness Coordinator. Main responsibilities include: scheduling and assisting people to complete medical appointments, tracking and filling medications for people receiving supports, completing paperwork to remain in compliance with the State of Nebraska Department of Developmental Disabilities, etc. This is an hourly position with a starting wage of $15.50/hour. Requirements for employment include: being at least 18 years of age, having a high school diploma or a GED, and a valid driver’s license subject to Agency standards. Some medical knowledge and/or experience is preferred, but not required. An abuse and neglect central registry check, as well as a criminal history background check are completed for all new employees as well as annually for all current employees.
