This position will play a dual role in delivering exceptional service and promoting our innovative stretching techniques. Whether you’re welcoming new guests, assisting with practitioner-led stretches, or driving membership growth, your contribution will be integral to our success.

Responsibilities

Sales and Customer Engagement

Act as the face of Stretch Zone by greeting guests with a smile and providing exceptional customer service.

Educate clients on the benefits of practitioner-assisted stretching and promote memberships.

Drive sales by converting first-time guests into loyal members.

Achieve and exceed personal and team sales goals through effective communication and follow-ups.

Practitioner-Assisted Stretching

Deliver professional and effective stretching sessions using Stretch Zone’s proven methods.

Maintain a commitment to meeting the individual needs of each client.

Build long-term relationships with clients to foster loyalty and satisfaction.

Team and Culture Contributions

Uphold and reinforce the positive, inclusive culture of Stretch Zone.

Collaborate with teammates to maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming studio environment.

Support team goals and participate in all aspects of studio operations, including scheduling and cleaning.

What We’re Looking For

Customer Service Expertise: Ability to connect with diverse clients and make them feel valued and supported.

Sales-Driven Mindset: Previous sales experience is a bonus, but a passion for helping others and achieving goals is a must!

Team Player: Thrive in a competitive, fun, and fast-paced environment while working collaboratively.

Organizational Skills: Exceptional time management and multitasking abilities to keep the studio running smoothly.

Qualifications

Exercise Science Degree or related field, or college level credit course work in Anatomy & Physiology.

Previous experience in sales, fitness, wellness, or customer service is highly desirable.

Must complete and demonstrate proficiency in Stretch Zone’s practitioner training and sales program.

Compensation, Benefits and Expectations

$17.50- $19.25/hr. depending on experience

Bi-weekly personal sales commissions

Monthly studio retention bonuses.
