    We are looking for a positive, upbeat, hard working, and organized Front Desk Receptionist who aligns with our purpose to see many people healed and well! This position requires someone with “four arms who can juggle 6 things at once” (metaphorically speaking).     ** POSITION SUMMARY**

    As the Front Desk Receptionist, you will be responsible for supporting the effective operation of the clinic and the acquisition and retention of patients by communicating with all potential patients who contact the clinic. In this role, you will be highly patient facing and require a high level of organization and the ability to multitask. You will be welcoming patients into the office, collecting payments, filing paperwork, assembling patient charts and creating an overall remarkable experience. As the Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for many patients entering the building so it is expected that you present yourself in a professional manner that positively represents our office.

    ** GENERAL TASKS INCLUDE (BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO):**

    • Scheduling out care plans for new patients as well as follow-up appointments
    • Prepare waiting room and facilities for patient arrival and end of day to set the next day up for success
    • Greet and manage new patient intake which includes creating a comfortable environment, check-in, paperwork completion and verification, collecting all payment and scanning and updating patient information (insurance, ID, etc.)
    • Ensure all patients are appropriately processed at the end of treatment each day
    • Maintain charts in an orderly fashion and ensure accuracy
    • Answer incoming calls and make calls while taking notes or messages
    • Educate the patient on the services provided in the clinic
    • Consistently offer the highest level of personalized customer service while maintaining a positive, enthusiastic, and helpful attitude

    ** EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE**

    • High School diploma required
    • 2-3 years’ work experience in reception, sales, customer service or related field is preferred
    • Experience in a multi-physician practice is preferred

    ** REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS**

    • Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc)
    • Google Workspace Applications (Docs, Sheets, etc)
    • Familiar with EMR software (or able to learn new software easily)
    • Proficient in computer skills and typing
    • Knowledge of chiropractic and basic human anatomy is highly recommended

    ** POSITION TYPE **Part-Time (18 hours per week), In-Office

    ** HOURS** (Hours subject to change based on clinic needs)

    Tuesday/Thursday 6:40am - 12:00pm Fridays 6:40am - 3:10pm Sat/Sun Off

    ** POSITION PAY **Training Rate at $17 (for the first three months) and then hourly rate of $18.00 per hour once training is complete

Occasional travel to local meetings and trainings may be required.
