We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Healthcare Administrator with credentialing experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a team player, capable of handling multiple tasks. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to answer and make phone calls, and experience in administrative support, including filing and recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
Credentialing: Manage and process provider credentialing and re-credentialing applications.
Communication: Answer and make phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide support to staff and providers.
Recruitment: Assist in sourcing, screening, and onboarding new healthcare professionals.
Administrative Support: Handle filing, document organization, and data entry.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with providers, HR, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Multi-Tasking: Manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
Self-Starter: Take initiative in problem-solving and process improvement.
Qualifications:
Experience: 1-2 years Prior experience in healthcare administration and credentialing is required.
Skills: Strong multitasking, organizational, and communication skills.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with credentialing software, databases, and Microsoft Office.
Work Ethic: Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
