Job Description
The Business Intelligence Analyst will play a key role in the development, management, and analysis of data related to Unitek Learning’s Workforce Development Division operations and its partnerships with health care organizations. This role requires a skilled data analyst with an understanding of business intelligence (BI) tools, data visualization, and strategic reporting and will have a primary focus of working with the business development team to research and analyze trends in healthcare and use the findings to create sales strategies and effective presentations.
Market Research, Sales Enablement & Presentation Management:
- Conduct in-depth research on new markets, healthcare industry trends, workforce supply and demand, and staffing challenges to identify opportunities for growth.
- Analyze competitor offerings, emerging industry needs, and regional workforce dynamics to inform strategic decision-making.
- Develop compelling data-driven sales materials, presentations, and reports that articulate Unitek Learning’s value proposition and impact.
- Project manage the development of custom pitch decks, ensuring presentations are tailored to specific client needs and delivered to the sales team in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and leadership to refine messaging and align presentations with strategic objectives.
- Maintain a library of sales assets, templates, and data-driven insights to support efficient pitch development.
Data Management & Analysis:
- Collect, clean, and process large sets of data related to operations and corporate partnerships.
- Utilize business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI) and CRMs to develop and maintain data dashboards and reports.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis on partnership performance, student outcomes, and market conditions.
- Perform trend analysis and generate actionable insights to support strategic decisions.
Collaboration with Stakeholders :
- Work closely with internal departments and external partners to understand their data needs and reporting requirements.
- Translate complex data into clear, concise reports and presentations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Act as a liaison between business units and IT teams to ensure the successful implementation and optimization of CRM and BI tools.
Reporting & Strategic Decision Support:
- Prepare and deliver regular internal reports on the performance of corporate partnerships, including metrics such as funding, student recruitment and retention, job placement, and partnership growth.
- Provide recommendations to improve operational efficiency and partnership engagement through data-driven insights.
- Support leadership in making informed decisions regarding new partnerships, investments, and resource allocation.
Data Governance & Quality Assurance:
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across BI systems and reports.
- Monitor and enforce data governance practices to maintain the accuracy, reliability, and confidentiality of data.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve data processes and data quality across the organization.
Training & Support:
- Train Unitek staff and external partners on the use of BI tools, dashboards, and reports to promote data-driven decision-making.
- Provide ongoing support to ensure users can interpret and act on the data effectively.

The annual pay range for this position is $70k (minimum), $75k (midpoint), and $80k (maximum).*
*Typical hiring range is between the minimum and midpoint of the above pay range. Actual starting base pay may vary based on factors such as education, experience, skills, location and budget.
Business needs may require this position to be a hybrid modality in the future.
