Responsibilities: • Engage with prospective clients to understand their legal needs and sell tailored firm services to assist with their legal needs. • Collaborate with internal teams to complete client onboarding, ongoing satisfaction, and off-boarding. • Prepare regular reports on prospective client status, sales performance, revenue forecasts, and client feedback. • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors to provide strategic recommendations for business growth. • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure client satisfaction and retention. • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling company products or services to existing clients. Qualifications: • 2+ years of previous healthcare experience (nurse, therapist medical assistant, or medical intake). • Strong legal industry knowledge. • Excellent communication, technology, and interpersonal skills. • Prior client relationship management experience (preferred). • Prior sales experience (preferred). • Ability to work in the US legally. Compensation: $35 - $50 hourly
